Hari Raya and tips maintain your energy in travel.
Eid Mubarak everyone! May you all have a wonderful "Hari Raya" I am sure you guys are happy.
To those are planning continue travel after Raya , here some tips to maintain your energy.
Wake up early in the morning.
Suggestion time for wake up is at 4:30am , for Muslim start with prayer . However, waking up and feeling ready to go isn't as simple as it sounds.But if wake up early everything will be easy to handle and to plan.
Do not skip breakfast in the morning.
Breakfast is our energy booster , skip breakfast will not guarantee you can be able survive for the whole day. Breakfast will keep you focused, happy feeling ,control your appetite and energise yourself the whole day.
Do not take heavy food in calories when you are eating.
Food high in calories must be avoid such as processed meat , potato chips , Ice Cream , French Fries , Store Bought Fruit Juice , White Bread Rolls and Biscuits and salad dressing. All these food have unhealthy saturated fats consumption foods.
Drink much water
Water is a fast source to get hydrogen and oxygen. Our body is contain more than 70% of water so our body system need water in cells , organs, tissues to regulate bodily temperature and functions.
Do not drinks much sweet drinks
Sweet drinks are high in energy and contain very little nutrition , regular intake of sweet drinks may lead imbalance and excess weight gain.
